friendly staff breakfast buffet comfortable bed street noise missing toiletries small pool
the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet had a lot of options (i especially loved the fresh pastries). the room included a comfortable bed and a well-stocked minibar.
the room faced the street so there was noise at night. housekeeping forgot to replenish the toiletries one day. the rooftop pool was quite small and crowded.

welcome email amazing staff
the hotel provided good service. i received a welcome email with necessary information before my stay. upon arrival, the hotel offered a bottle of wine and chocolates. the staff were always available to help.
the hotel had an outdoor pool i wanted to use. the pool was not heated. i expect an heated pool for a 5 stars hotel.

the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also a spa, it offers various treatments and massages. the rooftop pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded area.

the beautiful double or twin room i booked included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. amenities included a coffee machine and complimentary toiletries. the room also had blackout curtains that were very useful to sleep well.

the breakfast had lots of options. it was a good start to the day.
the gym was a letdown, it was smaller than i thought. several machines were out of service. getting a workout in was like a chore.

efficient staff clean room breakfast variety
the staff was friendly and efficient, i appreciate the quick check-in process. the room was clean and well maintained. the breakfast buffet had many options, it included both hot and cold items, i found great variety.
the gym equipment needs some updating, i noticed some machines were out of service.
