easy access kind staff

The hotel's location made it easy to reach the city center quickly. Staff allowed me to keep my bags at the hotel after I checked out (it was very kind).

The elevator was quite old, so I had to keep the button pressed until I reached my floor.

the location was ideal for getting around.. public transport was nearby. i could leave my luggage before and after check in. the staff was very helpful.

the stairs were spiral and a little difficult to take with heavy luggage.
