Solid Central Stay
tram station coffee machine clean bathroom
I found the location fine. It was near tram stations. These trams go to central station and Dam Square. The room has enough space and a good coffee machine. I liked that museums were in walking distance. The bathroom was clean and useful.
My room faced the stairs, and I could hear every person coming back. They slammed the front door all night. This kept me awake. There need be better soundproofing around the doors in this building.

i loved my stay!
amazing location spacious room comfy bed
the hotel location is amazing, close to a tram stop for city travel, yay! rooms were spacious and clean, i did not expect that! i found the beds super comfy, and i slept so well.
my room faced the stairs, and i could hear people coming in, so earplugs are useful.

central room with nice amenities
ideal location free wine
the location was ideal for exploring the city center I found it a short walk to museums and the concert hall. the room was spacious and it was great to have a microwave and a fridge I also appreciated the free wine.
there was a bar below and it was quite noisy earplugs were provided but the music was audible until late at night this made it difficult to fall asleep quickly.

slamming doors unclear check-in
the location was acceptable, close to tram stations.
The room faced the stairs, i heard slamming doors all night. Better soundproofing is necessary. check-in was not clear. I had to check in at a different building first.

The room design impressed me as it felt spacious. I found amenities of high quality. The staff assisted me with directions and recommendations. I appreciated having a microwave, plates, a coffee machine and a kettle for preparing quick meals and drinks in my room.
The stairs were steep, and i missed an elevator for luggage.

big room coffee machine comfy bed bar noise steep stairs soundproofing issue
The location is very good for accessing transport! the room was big with a kitchenette and coffee machine, how cool is that?! the bed was very comfy. I felt so relaxed!
The noise from the bar below kept me awake! earplugs were provided. That's thoughtful but still... the stairs were very steep and narrow. it wasn't easy getting my luggage up there and i felt there was no soundproofing in the room.
