central station helpful staff quick walk short visit
I loved how close i was to everything. The central station was just a quick walk. the location made it easy to explore the city, trams and trains were super accessible! i liked that the staff were helpful too. the room had everything i needed for my short visit, so that was a plus!
the shared bathroom situation wasn't ideal, i found myself waiting sometimes.

i found the location convenient. it was very close to the central station. the staff were friendly and helpful. i had a positive experience overall.
my room was changed to a small one on the top floor. it had a communal shower and the only bathroom was one floor down. i did not find this ideal. i think the hotel could improve this.

The hotel enjoys good access to many restaurants, activities, and attractions. I found the staff really nice and helpful. This service was very welcome. I felt the room price matched what I received, which seemed like a fair value. The location proved very convenient, particularly for accessing central transportation.
The bathroom did not seem very clean, and I wondered if it had been properly cleaned after the previous guest. There was also no TV remote available in the room.

Our double room provided adequate space and included a private bathroom. I appreciated this feature. The bed linens felt fresh, and there was sufficient storage for luggage and personal items within the room.

perfect location friendly staff member basic room
the location is great. it is right across from the central station. this location is perfect if catching an early train. the staff member was friendly and cute. the room was basic but adequate for what was needed.
the stairs are very steep, it was very difficult to carry luggage up the steps.
