adequate but needs attention
moldy unit thin walls
The air conditioning was problematic. It stopped working during the night. i attempted to fix it myself. the unit was dirty with visible mold. the thin walls allowed me to hear a neighbor's loud phone argument at 2am..

convenient location , fine amenities
friendly staff easy walk
the staff were very friendly. the hotel is an easy walk from the kings cross station. i noted a supermarket along the way, quite handy. the room itself featured a fridge , so we could store breakfast food.
there IS a private venue close to the hotel. when the venue is booked , it plays loud music until 1am. it was difficult to sleep due to this disturbance.

the breakfast was available at the adjacent cafewith a convenient start to the day. the cafe offered a selection of pastries and hot beverages. the atmosphere was relaxing , allowing guests to enjoy a leisurely meal.

i appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. the bed was comfortable. i found the power shower worked well. the location was also very convenient.
The bathroom was small. i also noticed we paid for a premium room. This was a disappointment. i was expecting something larger.

excellent location walking distance efficient service
the location was excellent. pubs and restaurants were within walking distance. it was not too far from the airport and circular quay. reception staff booked a minibus for us from reception to circular quay. prompt and efficient service was provided.

convenient location warm staff
i found the location very convenient, with a short walk to the stadium. nearby bus stops and train stations are also accessible. the staff were indeed friendly and helpful with luggage. the price was affordable compared to other places nearby with similar amenities. the staff were warm and cute, this made a big difference.
i did notice there was no elevator. i had to manage my luggage up the stairs. it was somewhat inconvenient.
