The hotel is pristine. I noticed extreme cleanliness. The location is advantageous. It is near the Sky Tower. My king room offered a harbour view. The hotel restaurant offered excellent room service. I enjoyed it.
I observed a slightly delayed response time for resolving a minor billing inquiry I raised at checkout though it was eventually handled professionally.

clean room nice touch
the room was clean and new it was a superior twin room. breakfast included order-made omelette this was a nice touch.
the water stream from the shower was very weak it was the only slight issue.

the location proved convenient, a short walk brought me to the sky city tower. i found public transport readily accessible right outside the building. staff members were both friendly and professional . the room was very clean and tidy.
the elevator produced some noise at certain times.
