The location was very convenient, close to transportation options. The staff was always polite and ready to help with any questions. The room included complimentary tea and SPARKLING water upon arrival.
The room felt quite small. There was not a rubbish bin located in the room, quite inconvenient. The breakfast selection seemed limited, mostly consisting of pastries and basic items.

the location is fantastic for city exploration central station is just a brief walk away. the staff displayed amazing attention i found this particularly cute after a tiring day. i found the hotel clean including my room. the included breakfast made mornings simple.
i found the base level room a bit small for longer stays despite the high standards.

stylish stay close to central station
early check-in friendly staff
the location is great close to central station. rooms are comfy not huge but enough space for two people plus luggage and a balcony. the staff were friendly and helped us to get an early check in. a late check out is also available
the room felt not properly cleaned. the toilet bin was full of rubbish on arrival. my socks had hair sticking to them. i think the gym is in the next building

The staff members were quite helpful. They promptly addressed my needs. The continental breakfast was satisfactory. I also liked the rooftop terrace. It provided a relaxing space.
The air conditioning system was not fully effective. It struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. There was also no bin available in the room. I found that an inconvenience.

The staff was helpful, I got an early check-in. I REALLY appreciated that.
The room was smaller than it looked in photos. There was space for just one bedside table. The air conditioning WAS loud and the room smelled stale, almost like someone smoked there.
