underwhelming despite the comfy bed
small shower bathroom mould
the bed was indeed very comfortable, which i suppose is something.
the bathroom really wasn't great. there was mould i could see, and the shower felt way too small. also, the step into the bathroom seemed designed for stubbing toes.

The location was quite convenient. I found it easy to walk to nearby cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with directions. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room.
The room size was smaller than I anticipated. I had difficulty storing my luggage. The bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. I noticed some noise from the hallway.

Excellent Boutique Hotel Experience
victorian restoration king suite early check-in convenient location
The building has beautiful victorian restoration. The superior king suite with balcony provided a amazing experience. I appreciated the early check-in provided by the accommodating staff. A wide variety of cafes, restaurants, and a woolworths are within walking distance.
The room lacked comforts such as water, a safe, or a coffee machine. The mini bar snacks were not replaced after the first day. I found the towels were cheap and old.

the building has a lovely decor. a big comfortable bed was great! complimentary snacks added a special touch.
The hotel reception was heavily overpurfumed. It gave me a slight headache.

cozy stay and great location
beautiful presentation fresh look quiet location
the building has beautiful presentation with warm welcome. newly painted white walls creates a fresh look. the location is quiet but also close to everything.
the housekeeping standard isn't consistent. the floor wasn't always vacuumed. sometimes, the bathroom floor wasn't swept and the sink wasn't cleaned.

small room insufficient storage
The room size was smaller than expected. I had trouble opening my luggage fully. Storage space was also insufficient for my four-night stay. These issues.
