spacious room high ceiling modern bathroom
the king room abercrombie was spacious with high ceilings. i saw nostalgic items from the building's past i liked. the modern bathroom included excellent housekeeping.
the rooftop bar was closed one night for a private event disrupting the peace.

the rooms are beautiful and spacious. the bar has a super fantastic ambience, i loved it. reception had lovely helpful people.
i noticed some dust behind the sound proofing glass. it was minor, but it was there.

The location proved convenient near essential amenities. the room had a good size. It featured a super king bed. i appreciated the spacious and light bathroom.
i found the staff somewhat unhelpful. i noticed a lack of consistency in information from different team members. there seemed to be little effort to.

INADEQUATE cleanliness and slow service
slow staff double charge
The spacious room had separate areas for the toilet and shower and I found the bed acceptable.
The staff seemed SLOW and somewhat incompetent at checkout. I waited an excessive amount of time for them to process my payment on their computer. I was dismayed to discover later that they had charged my card twice. My attempts to resolve this issue were initially denied by the staff.

underwhelming stay, some issues surfaced.
shortage of staff careless luggage
I had a rather middling experience. there seemed to be a shortage of staff. my luggage sat out in reception while i waited to check in. It felt careless. often, there was no one at reception to answer questions. it took four calls to get room service.

I especially liked the complimentary sweets in the atrium. The staff members were pleasant and helpful. The industrial past of the building and the area was interesting to explore.
