the location is convenient near the kings cross train station. the room was equipped well and i appreciated the pillows provided

The hotel is near Kings Cross station. Restaurants and shops are also nearby in Potts Point. The room offered good value and I had treetop and city views. The king size bed was great.
The bathroom was very small. My knees almost touched the wall when I sat on the toilet, and I'm not a big person.

The staff was friendly and helpful. All employees I encountered provided excellent service. They were readily available to address any questions. The check-in and check-out processes were also efficient.

helpful staff free upgrade great location train station
the staff was super friendly and helpful, i got a free upgrade. they helped me store my luggage after check out, amazing. location is definitely central and the train station nearby made traveling simple. i had great access to restaurants!
the floors were creaky, and i heard noise from the room above me at night. it was very slight and didn't affect me much.

the hotel has a lovely restaurant connected. there are also several great restaurants only a couple minutes walk from the hotel, so useful. i found the variety perfect.

the hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and close to many cafes. i also found bars and restaurants nearby, what a treat. a grocery store is across the street!

convenient location friendly staff clean room
I found the location very convenient for exploring. The train station was a short walk. I also appreciated the variety of nearby restaurants and pubs. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful .
The room was a little smaller than expected. It was still manageable, but more space would have been welcome.

The staff provided excellent communication. They were also very accommodating and efficient. I appreciated their warm and cute attitude when i needed help with directions.

There is a market across from the hotel. This made it easy to purchase snacks and drinks. The hotel provides easy access to public transport, a real convenience.

The room was cleaned daily, it was well maintained. The bed was comfortable. I found the room adequate in size and well-organized for my needs during the days of rest.
