a really good visit!

warm welcome tasty breakfast spacious room
Joe at the front desk was wonderful. He greeted me with such warmth and was always ready to help with any questions i had. the breakfast was a good surprise, with a tasty scottish fare that really set me up for the day. my room was very spacious and quiet.
The plumbing made some unusual noises, specifically the toilet with a distinctive sound after flushing. It was a bit startling at night.

the hotel is near the hydro, providing very convenient access for event attendees. kelvingrove gallery is just a short walk away, with access to cultural attractions. there are plenty of nearby places to eat providing many choices.

fresh breakfast excellent service clean room
i stayed at the hotel for three nights and i totally loved the location it is super close to kelvingrove art gallery and the museum the transport from the city center was very convenient and even walkable too breakfast was freshly made and tasted great plus the customer service was excellent and attentive. my bed was comfy it was quiet and my room was really clean everything was just awesome. ryan the duty manager was just great he helped with anything i needed and he is a total credit to the place.
the room was a little small for a double.

Acceptable Location. Some Deficiencies Noted

poor soundproofing unheated bathroom
The location was acceptable, being within walking distance of various restaurants.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. Noise from elsewhere in the hotel was disruptive. The bathroom was not heated, a significant inconvenience. And it remained uncomfortably cold, especially after showering.
