Convenient and Clean Stay

room sizenice bathroomconvenient shophelpful fridge
The room had a good size and a very nice bathroom. I appreciated that it was easy to reach the location by car and that parking was available next to the building. A Netto shop nearby offered great convenience, and the good size fridge in the room was helpful. The included storage for our luggage was beneficial as we arrived before check-in.
The code system was sometimes challenging, and I experienced occasional difficulty entering the building. The process of accessing the room with the code was not always smooth, however the support was helpful.

Great Parking and Modern Decor!

modern decorcomfortable bedfree parking
The decor was modern. The beds were super comfortable and the kettle was a big plus. I found parking excellent and free. There was a car park right at the rear of the hotel. I used the ample parking spaces on the street in front of the hotel too!
I noticed a slight smell of fresh paint. I guess that means the hotel is quite new.
Location
9/10
The hotel is excellently located for highway access for touring, I discovered. It's only a fifteen minute walk to the main shops and restaurants, I confirmed. Getting around was convenient.

Okay but with some issues

modern stylefast responsesshort walklong emailbroken codeself check-in
the cleanliness was totally on point and I enjoyed the modern style! customer service was pretty fast, they were so responsive to my messages. it's a short walk to most bars and pubs, and I think that's cool.
the check in process, omg, was kind of annoying, I got a really long email. it had a lot of details and videos to watch! also the code didn't even work! it was very frustrating. the hotel switched to self check in, , people were having difficulty with it.

Underwhelming Stay Due To Parking Problems And Room Issues

smooth check-inparking problemunclean room
The self check-in process worked fine, I suppose. At least, I got the code and the door opened.
Parking was a real problem. There were supposed to be six spots out back. when I parked, someone told me two of them are imaginary. The hotel staff seemed amused when I called about the full lot, suggesting I try the front which was also full. the room wasn't that clean.
