Wonderful stay, fantastic location!

warm welcome amazing breakfast easy access
The reception staff offered a warm welcome. Breakfast filled me up each morning, setting me up for a full day. I secured a northern lights trip through the hotel, the guides ensured we enjoyed the lights. The location had easy access to everything.
My bathroom had some issues. The toilet flush button got stuck. The soap shelf in the shower was not fully attached to the wall, it fell off.

Satisfactory experience at the hotel

helpful staff easy access free cake outdated room small bathroom dirty curtains
The staff were willing to help. I was able to get picked up for all of my tours from there. The location is convenient, with access to various attractions. I appreciated the free cake offered at 5 pm..
The rooms felt a little outdated. The bathroom was small. The curtains in the bathroom were not clean. I did find that concerning.
