Fantastic Apartment Experience!
easy exploration cleanliness
The apartment location allows easy exploration on foot. The cleanliness of the room, furniture, and items was Excellent. It was like I was the first guest to stay there. The TV was great, even with just YouTube.
The self-check-in system was somewhat complex. I still had to scan my passport, though I had already completed the online check-in and provided all my personal details. It was a bit frustrating.

The apartment features a washing machine, so convenient. The location is excellent, really easy to get around. Staff were polite, they assisted with questions I had.
There were some slight inconveniences, for instance, not very central.

Really good Stay in a Central Location
modern room central location spacious bathroom
The rooms were quite lovely and modern. The building had a central location and was simple to locate. I could not hear other guests, which I appreciated. The bathroom and living room were both spacious for the two of us, moreover, they contained everything we wanted.
There was no staff available to assist with certain issues. It felt as if nobody cared, and we were very much on our own. The person who helped us on the phone was lovely, but even she recognised that nobody higher up wanted to help us.

Central Location with Excellent Amenities
storage space quiet location
The room had sufficient storage space for clothes. The location is very good. It is quiet and close to important areas. The bed and sofa were comfy. I slept very well. I appreciated the layout of the room, and the heating worked well.
The self-check-in system was complex. I completed online check-in and provided all personal details and passport photos. I still had to scan my passport and refill some information at the check-in desk, frustrating.

dirty floor small shower enclosure
the bathroom floor was not cleaned properly it had stains everywhere even the bedroom floor was not very clean the electric kettle also had some filth inside it seems earlier guests left it like that the shower enclosure was the smallest i have ever seen comfort seemed secondary to aesthetics the pillows also felt weird
