excellent hotel near the subway
helpful staff separate shower
i stayed for four nights. the hotel is right next to a subway line. i found the staff very helpful. everything was taken care of and our room was on the fifth floor. it had space for luggage and a separate shower and bathtub room.
the lobby area was very noisy. it felt a bit messy for a four-star hotel. the room and bathroom space were smaller than i expected for the price i paid.

The hotel connects directly to the subway south exit. This accessibility was excellent. reaching various destinations was very convenient. the area has several convenience stores within a five-minute walk.

the hotel provides free nespresso machines in the lobby. i found ice machines and water fillers on every floor. the hotel offers water carafes in the room. a gym is available.

the staff demonstrated an active approach to problem solving. the staff resolved issues smoothly. the staff was friendly and cute. i really appreciated the helpfulness.

the hotel had a great location. it was right above the subway. it was easy to walk to some sights from the hotel. i appreciated the laundry facilities on site.
my room faced a main road. poor sound proofing meant i heard noise. i could hear both the road and the underground train. there were no usbc outlets near the bed for charging my phone.
