Wonderful Zen Hotel Experience!
tidy room reduced cleaning breakfast variety
Rooms were very tidy and beautifully laid out! I loved the reduced cleaning days because it is good for the environment. I also think daily towel changing could be reduced. Requesting towels between cleaning days works. The onsen was super! Breakfast variety was wonderful and I loved the laundromat on different floors.
I wish there was a better space in the room. It wasn't efficient for big check-in luggage. It was difficult to pack on the floor for just one check-in and carry-on luggage. I had to fix the luggage on the bed. This was my only challenge.

The traditional design of the room was really nice! The bed was also comfortable. Green tea with traditional cups was a nice touch. I loved the flip flops provided for in-room and out-of-room use.

A very useful luggage weighing equipment is available from reception. It is also great to have a microwave on the sixth floor. Public bath access is available. Laundry room access is a life saver for a long trip I took.

This hotel location is excellent. It is a short walk to the subway. Shopping and restaurants are also nearby. I loved that the hotel was quiet.

impressed with my stay
spacious room paper shutter comfortable bed public bath
the room was spacious for a family of four. we enjoyed the tatami room with paper shutters. the beds were very comfortable plus there was a separate entry perfect for storing luggage. the public bath for men and women was excellent.

i found a pleasant hotel that offered a great buffet breakfast. there were many options available and everything tasted fresh. i enjoyed starting my day with a variety of food choices.

the staff was so attentive i appreciated their readiness to help with all my questions. they answered questions about my stay and the luggage forwarding process easily. the onsen was clean and offered tattoo patches.

this hotel is in a nice location and is close to many train and bus stations. shopping streets are also nearby making it easy to access various amenities. i liked the convenient access to transportation and local attractions.

Charming Stay Near City Hall
evening maiko dance helpful staff great facilities quiet area
The room was near City Hall, a quiet area (it was more relaxing this way). I could easily walk to the main areas and Gion. The hotel's facilities were great, especially the evening maiko dance (a good surprise!). The staff was very helpful and nice.
The room cleaning only happened every three days, but a bag with towels and coffee was left outside.

Excellent Hotel Experience
spacious layout breakfast option easy-to-use app
The room featured a spacious layout, accommodating luggage easily. Breakfast offered many options and excellent value. I particularly enjoyed the women's onsen. Washing machines and dryers were easy to use using the provided app.
The room did not get dark enough during the night. The cleaning service was only offered every second day. This detail was not advertised clearly before my arrival. The food at the restaurant was also disappointing in terms of quality.

onsen experience skin care products complimentary water limited cleaning lack safe shared deposit box
the onsen was a great feature. i appreciated the skin care products provided. the hotel also supplied complimentary coffee and water.
The room cleaning occurred only every three days. on other days, they left towels, water, and coffee outside the door. the hotel lacked a safe in the room. Instead, there was a shared safety deposit box at reception.
