i was quite impressed with the welcome drink at check in. my room had all the necessary amenities and felt spacious. the public bath, while basic, was clean so i used it.

the location was convenient with easy access to the metro station. the onsen downstairs was great. i appreciated the free snacks and drinks provided in the basement.
the service was quite poor. language barriers created difficulties. the room lacked a view so it was dark constantly.

I stayed in a "Moderate King Room". It was comfortable for one person. I appreciated the guest lounge in the basement. It had soft drinks, coffee, and Snickers bars. The big bath was especially welcome after a long day (it was very relaxing).
The view from my window was just of the street and buildings next door.

Staff were efficient and very friendly. The ease of check-in and check-out made my arrival and departure smooth. They were attentive to all my requests.

The location is between Gojo and Kiyomizu-Gojo stations, giving access to two different train lines. It took fifteen minutes to walk to Shincho, an area with shops and restaurants. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway and bus lines.

Breakfast was buffet-style with a selection of freshly prepared dishes. While standard, it was adequate to start the day. There were many quality restaurants within walking distance of the hotel (japanese style).

the location proved convenient, providing easy access to the train station and nearby restaurants. the staff was quite friendly and helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. i particularly appreciated the comfortable beds and modern design of the rooms. the onsen was a welcome addition after long days of exploring.
the limited availability of laundry machines caused some inconvenience .

The room was cozy. It had a serene atmosphere. the hotel paid attention to thoughtful details . They provided coin-operated laundry.
The gym housed a couple of stationary bikes and tread mills. I cannot imagine anyone using them much.

train station city buses breakfast options
the location is very convenient to train station and city buses. this made getting around simple. the breakfast had a lot of options for both western and asian tastes. the hotel interior was very modern.
