central location skincare samples friendly staff
I found the location quite central. Many shops are nearby. The hotel provided complimentary skincare samples, a nice touch. The staff were also friendly. They were always ready to assist.

extra toiletries good coffee excellent location poor breakfast unclear labelling food variety
i really liked the location. it is close to areas i wanted to visit. they also provided extra toiletries like cleanser and a toothbrush. the lounge had really good coffee for free.
the breakfast was not very good. it was not clearly labelled if it was vegetarian. i found the breakfast lacked variety.

tiny room street noise
The room was tiny. i could barely open my suitcase. it was also really noisy at night! lots of street noise kept me awake. The walls seemed paper-thin.

I did not feel the room was sufficiently clean. Specifically, the bathroom toilet was dirty. I found the check-in staff to be gloomy and unwelcoming. the check-out staff were much nicer.
