thin futons inconvenient location
The soundproofing was not good. I could hear people in the hallway and the elevator. The futons also felt a little thin compared to others I've experienced. The location was somewhat inconvenient , requiring a bit of a walk to the nearest station.

efficient service convenient location
this location is super convenient to several attractions. it was easy to navigate the area using maps. the front desk staff helped reserve bus seats quickly. i really appreciated this efficient service that allowed me to continue with my day.

The staff were helpful and friendly!!! the rooms were clean and featured modern amenities. i especially liked the beautiful wooden common areas. They provided a lovely space to relax.
the wifi at the facility was quite poor. it was practically non-existent at times, which caused some inconvenience.

spacious room helpful staff convenient location bad wifi poor signal unreliable extender
the room was spacious and had all the facilities i needed. the staff were helpful and friendly. i loved that i was within walking distance to attractions and the subway.
the wifi at the facility was very bad , it was practically non-existent. i asked the front desk and they said my room location is at the end of the building. they added a signal expander in the next room , but it was not working.

the location was near restaurants and shopping areas. that was convenient.
The wifi was terrible. the hotel offered two networks, but neither worked properly. Messaging apps wouldn't even load.

delicious breakfast origami books beautiful hotel
i found the japanese breakfast delicious. a chill out space featured origami books. my partner used them to create different origami. the hotel seemed beautiful!
I noticed the soundproofing was almost nonexistent. I could clearly hear people talking and using the stairs and elevator.
