a charming surprise
central location international selection big bed friendly staff
i appreciated the hotel's central location as i could easily access shops and restaurants. the breakfast had a good international selection with japanese options and fresh greens. the room was minimalist and aesthetic with a big bed and i found the reception area well designed. all the staff were friendly and helpful.

the hotel features a shop where guests can purchase various products. the hotel also provides convenient access to a department store via a connecting walkway so shopping is easy. taxi access outside the hotel is readily available.

the staff demonstrated excellent service and treated me very well. there is a water station available on each floor, i found this very useful. staff were helpful from check-in and throughout my stay, providing directions and assistance.

my room included clean pajamas daily and welcome treats. the rooms have bluetooth speakers to play music and i appreciated this detail. the room featured a balcony that provided extra space so relaxing was easy.

the breakfast buffet provided a nice variety of choices. i found the staff helpful . the hotel location is close to shopping areas and the nishiki market.
the room's layout was not ideal for unpacking. there was a large, round sofa taking up significant space without being very comfortable. i noticed the lighting was particularly poor in the bathroom.

Really good stay downtown
prime location excellent service modern design clean premises
This hotel offers a prime location. I found a department store and diverse restaurants steps away. The staff displayed excellent service, speaking English fluently. I enjoyed the modern design and cleanliness throughout the premises.
The elevators are slow and scarce for the number of rooms. It caused waits during peak hours.

poor soundproofing harder bed
i found several aspects of the hotel disappointing. the room heating was badly managed. soundproofing was also poor, so i could hear street noise. the bed felt harder than expected.

organic theme good location long corridor plastic plates
the location is good. it was near by many things. the organic theme was evident EVERYWHERE, i loved it.
the entrance was a LITTLE disappointing. it's a long corridor THAT goes to a lift that takes you up to the reception. restaurant set up and use of plastic plates for breakfast was not up to a 5 star standard.
