The hotel had a great location near public transport. I appreciated the modern interpretation of a traditional ryokan style. The room included sliding doors to separate areas (a nice design touch). The hotel provided luggage forwarding and receiving services automatically.
My room had no window to the outside, feel a little closed in.

The hotel offered complimentary coffee and tea each afternoon, a very welcome touch. I observed helpful staff that managed luggage forwarding very well, streamlining my travel (a big plus).

the hotel's location was acceptable , with convenient access to transportation.
The 'superior twin room' i booked was a letdown , primarily because of the noise. i could constantly hear the loud air conditioning unit from the roof . also , the room cleaning wasn't up to par . There was noticeable dust everywhere , including on the furniture and floor.

The location was convenient, near a bus stop that connected to various city sights. i found a family mart very close, useful for quick needs. the hotel offered free drinks like water and tea in the lobby. I enjoyed this feature. i appreciated the hotel's modern japanese design using a lot of wood.
The room had frosted windows. I would have prefered some natural light. it felt a bit closed off at times.

the hotel location is superb. it is near convenience stores and transport. the staff were friendly and quick to solve issues. i appreciated the refined atmosphere and cleanliness.
the male receptionist WAS unfriendly on arrival. there was no space for clothes. breakfast was delivered in boxed trays and it was the same for three days.

i appreciated the family mart right next door it made getting necessities easy. the subway station was also a short walk making travel around the city convenient. the rooms were beautiful and well-kept with great amenities and i would stay here again.
the room lacked consistent cleaning one morning there was no shower floor mat. glasses and tea cups were never washed and the pajamas seemed old. there were only two washer and dryers available and one was broken.
