room cleanliness actual mud

the location was acceptable near the metro and ginza area.

i am really unhappy with the cleanliness of the room. i saw dirt around the bed near the window, it looked like actual mud. i told the front desk about it immediately. a staff member tried to wipe it off but it did not come off well.

The location is great as it allowed me easy access to the subway system. it made moving around so simple! the super nice team. They gave me great directions. my room had thick blackout curtains,, and i really liked that.

The bath salts i purchased had a strange smell. I did not use them again.

The room was quite spacious, a comfort twin room b wa miyabi. blackout curtains really helped. They were thick and perfect for restful sleep. i appreciated how quiet the hotel was. it.

the room was very small, it felt a little cramped with luggage.
