cozy and convenient
great breakfast helpful staff
the location worked well. it was a short walk from the station and nearby shopping areas. the staff helped with luggage forwarding. breakfast was also a great perk, and the dining room attendant was very nice.
the room felt small, even for this city. i noticed some dirt on the walls. it also smelled as if the non-smoking room had been a smoking room previously.

Efficient Stay Near Tokyo Station
easy access luggage storage
The location allowed easy access to the metro. It's just steps away. The staff helped with luggage storage and provided directions to nearby attractions. All services needed were available and functional, which I appreciated. The air conditioning worked very well. It was a big plus after spending time in the summer heat.
The room I stayed in felt cramped. There was very little space to open luggage fully, and moving around the room with two people was difficult.

The hotel features coin laundry facilities, including one washing machine and one dryer, available for guest use. These machines were located on one of the upper floors, providing convenient access, if there was availability.

My double room included a television, a small refrigerator, and an electric kettle for tea. The bathroom had basic amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, and a hair dryer was also provided. The air conditioning unit in the room worked effectively.

Staff assisted with luggage transfer to my next accommodation. They even contacted the next hotel to inform them. The check-in was quick and straightforward, and the staff were available to answer basic questions. They were very polite during interactions.
