i appreciated the free bathroom amenities. the capsule and bathroom were clean. i also liked that the staff let me change my towel every day and provided fresh slippers when needed. there were also many shower and toilet booths available, which prevented any waiting.
the noise from the ventilator was quite loud and constant. it made it difficult to fall asleep. this issue needs some attention to improve the overall sleeping environment.

the location has many nearby restaurants because this hotel is near the korean town. a don quijote store is also available in the area, which makes finding food and necessities convenient. the kabukicho tower is near too.

the hotel is less than ten minutes from the station. it also has good access to the oedo and marunochi lines. this proximity to transport options makes traveling very easy. the place is near most tourist spots.

i liked that this hostel had a safe and relaxed vibe. there is a work area in the lobby for online work. the toilets are clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. the staff are friendly.

The location has easy access to the train station.
The staff were not very helpful when I needed assistance. Check-out time felt WAY too early at 10 AM. I had to rush to avoid a penalty (this REALLY stressed me out).

The location was good. I could quickly get to the city center and subway.
i found a forgotten item in my locker, the shower pressure was really weak so showering took a while. the pressure for the shower was strong only if the water was scalding hot, and weak when it was cold. a broken towel rack scratched my arm.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to both the train station and various shops! it made exploring the area very convenient. the capsule itself was more comfortable than i anticipated. I especially liked that i could exchange my towel every day.
I found the tap water in the sink to be hotter than the shower. This made it slightly inconvenient to fill my water bottle, requiring me to use the shower instead
