convenient shimbashi stay
superb locationground floorhelpful staffpoor insulation
the location is superb. shimbashi station is very close, providing easy access to many parts of the city. a family mart is conveniently located on the ground floor (very useful for quick needs). i found the staff to be helpful and professional.
the window insulation could improve. i could hear trains in the morning, due to the proximity to the railway tracks.

breakfast vouchers offered choices between japanese and western-style restaurants nearby. a convenience store credit. the japanese option was fast, but the western took time (something to consider if you're in a rush). both choices presented well-cooked meals.

The location is great. It is very near to the train station and multiple dining options. The convenience store located on the ground floor made grabbing snacks very easy. Staff were helpful during check-in.
The room, though clean, was smaller than expected, making it difficult to fully open a large suitcase.

EXCELLENT stay NEAR Shimbashi STATION
great locationhotel pajamastrain noise
The location REALLY is great I found. I could walk to the Tsukiji Fish Market and Ginza. The hotel provides pajamas and slippers SO I did not need to pack them. I could do laundry and even see the status on the tv.
The train noise WAS loud even with the window closed I noticed. Check-in is on a machine and felt impersonal. I wish there was a better noise isolation solution.

The room included many amenities such as free coffee, tea, sunscreen, creams, a razor, and a toothbrush I found. The hotel also provides pajamas and slippers so guests do not need to pack them. A microwave, a drink machine, and a laundry room are available.

There ARE many restaurants available in the vicinity and the hotel has konbinis I noticed. A Family Mart is located on the ground floor it is VERY convenient as it has many food and drink options. Guests can choose from three breakfast options.
