The room was HUGE for what I expected. It had plenty of space for two large suitcases to be fully opened. I found this great. The beds were SUPER comfy, and the separated toilet and shower area were VERY convenient. I loved that they even had a Dyson hairdryer in the room!
The english skills from some staff members were not as advanced as i wanted.

The staff was always ready to provide assistance, ensuring every need was promptly addressed. They deliver excellent support with smiles and efficiency. Housekeeping maintained perfect standards of cleanliness and order throughout my stay. I loved this.

The hotel's location is IDEAL for both shopping and dining experiences. Convenient stores and a metro station are just a short walk away. That was amazing. Ginza's main street is steps away, placing me in the heart of the action.

The lounge access provided a good BONUS with drinks and snacks always available. A floor-to-ceiling window in my room added a modern touch, and the rainfall shower was EXCELLENT. Free flow food at the lounge offered so much variety.

The rooms were a good size, especially for here. the bed was comfortable. i liked that the room was very clean and well kept. the location was excellent near transport options. That was really helpful to me. i appreciated the lounge on the same level as reception because it had free food and drink offerings.

The room features a separate toilet area, always convenient. there is also a miniature sink in that area. the bathroom is spacious and well-designed. It felt luxurious and functional.

some issues at the hotel
water leaksubstandard cleaning
The room cleaning was definitely not up to standard. even after i complained, the water leak from the ac was not fixed. Staff only wiped it off. it reminded me of they didn't really address the problem properly. i expected more attention to detail.
