i enjoyed the onsen it was a relaxing experience i also found the staff very helpful they promptly assisted when i needed help with directions. the complimentary drinks in the lobby were a nice touch it added to the overall experience of my stay i liked having access to different pillows it allowed me to personalize my comfort.

The room felt smaller than expected. i struggled to fully open my suitcase. also, the provided pajamas had a strange, lingering smell. It reminded me of damp towels and wasn't very pleasant.

The location was super convenient, just around the corner from the heart of the area. I also enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks. That was a NICE surprise!!!
The lobby is located on the 2nd floor. That was unexpected. The worst time was during checkout.

the staff were helpful. the location near the subway station was acceptable.
The room was too small. I couldn't fully open my suitcase. the window faced a ventilation shaft. It wasn't a real window. the shower felt cramped, too.

The location was convenient, and the staff was helpful. Free toiletries in the lobby were useful. I stored my luggage for a few hours before my flight using their service. They also do yamato service too.
The sensor light in the room was annoying. My husband's late return woke me. The pillow was long, and neither of us liked it.

The staff provided really good support and ensured all requests were handled swiftly. The complementary open bar was great, I had a nice chat with the lady who was looking over the operation. A nice onsen was also available.

The hotel provides a double onsen for men and women. The room size felt quite good. The hotel places emphasis on sustainability and wellness and all rooms are fully equipped, functional and comfortable with clean towels.
