I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff . They were always polite. The location was very convenient, with easy access to many attractions. i also liked the inexpensive laundry service available at the hotel.
the breakfast area felt too crowded at times. more space would improve the dining experience. The pillow was terrible.

The room included nightgowns. i was able to select an extra pillow from a selection in the lobby. The room had everything i needed for a comfortable stay, which i was grateful for.

The staff stored baggage for me until check-in, which helped a lot. i received skincare products upon check-in, including a razor and toothbrush. The customer service was very good. The staff was always available.

The breakfast service had a mix of western and japanese foods, which i enjoyed. The breakfast options changed slightly each day. This allowed me to have a satisfying meal before heading out each morning.

the breakfast was excellent and different everyday. they have a happy hour between 5pm-6pm and a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served.
the pillows were awful!!! i have never seen such awful pillows.

the location was GREAT. a convenience store was right below. they have affordable laundry facilities with free laundry detergent and a free dryer. this was our favourite location out of the hotels where i stayed.
the pillows were AWFUL. they was like hard rocks because they had some strange balls inside. i had to make a hole for my head using my fist. if you are FAST enough, you can get other pillows from a shelf downstairs.

the room size was substandard. we had to keep our suitcases closed on the floor due to space limitations. also, breakfast felt repetitive. the daily offerings changed minimally making it monotonous after a few days.

The breakfast offered a great variety with different dishes daily. The staff was nice and helpful, answering all our questions. I appreciated the amenities provided, like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and skincare packets daily. The on-site laundry facilities were also inexpensive and quick to use.
The room was quite small. Fitting luggage in it was a challenge.

The hotel is near many restaurants, convenience stores like 7/11 and Donki. It is also close to two metro stations making it easy to get around. This location provides easy access to various points of interest.

The staff was always polite and were pretty good too assist with any issues. They offer complimentary drinks and the option to take coffee or tea for the road. I found the reception staff consistently helpful.

I found an abundance of towels provided, great. the location was excellent because it was close to many restaurants and shops. the staff were very helpful.
the breakfast area felt crowded and could use more space. there should also be more halal and vegetarian options provided.

my room had a comfy bed similar to other hotels i've stayed at in japan. it was super clean and well kept, so it was a comfortable experience after a long day. the room included all the essentials that i needed.

the reception desk staff were friendly and provided really good support. one young lady went the extra mile in helping me with restaurant reservations. they were very patient and explained everything clearly upon check-in, too.

I appreciated the free drinks available during happy hour. It was a nice way to unwind. the hotel provided breakfast with balanced choices, including veggie, meat, rice and eggs. i found a 7-eleven and family mart very close by, super convenient.

the breakfast had a very good selection of different foods. it was quite substantial and very satisfying. the hotel has a free bar with drinks from 1 pm to 5 pm with juices, coffee and tea. alcoholic beverages are available from 6 pm to 7 pm.
