The hotel features new, clean interiors with bright colors throughout. Rooms were fairly spacious. I found the toilet and shower properly sectioned. They were also well-fitted. I appreciated the western style shower head.
I found the breakfast lacked variation. It did not meet the standards of other hotels I stayed at. The rooms were the smallest during my trip to Japan. They did not offer a closet or drawer for storing day-to-day clothes.

The hotel is near the Ginza area. The area is quiet. It is walkable to numerous shopping and dining options. The hotel is also in proximity to a train station.

The staff helped set up our room for three, then quickly reverted it back to two. The staff was accommodating and friendly throughout my visit. They assisted with restaurant reservations and held our bags after checkout since we had later flights.

fantastic stay in ginza
metro stationcombini locationcomfortable beds
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the higashi ginza metro station. It was a short 3 to 5 minute walk. several combini were also conveniently nearby. the front desk staff were really good and the room service was efficient. i also found the beds very comfortable.
the hotel did not offer an early check-in option and required an additional fee to check in 40 minutes before the scheduled time.

the hotel provides plentiful laundry facilities, ensuring guests can easily manage their laundry needs during longer stays. there is a restaurant on the first floor, convenient for meals, and a large lobby offers ample seating along with restrooms.

the hotel is a short walk from gsix mall and tsukiji outer market, great spots for shopping and exploring local cuisine. several restaurants and malls surround the hotel. many other shopping options are within a short walk.
