small room uncomfortable bed
The room decor differed from what I saw online. The room felt small, typical for Japan. I had trouble fully opening my luggage. THERE was barely any space to walk around the bed.

efficient storage convenient location good breakfast
I found the staff helpful. They stored my bags efficiently. the location proved very convenient for accessing the station. i also appreciated the french-themed restaurant and enjoyed the breakfast offered each morning i found it to be very good.
The pillows were not as supportive as i prefer.

the english-speaking staff showed politeness and were accommodating to every request i had. i appreciated their ability to answer questions thoroughly throughout my stay. straightforward processes for both check-in and check-out made things easy.

the double room provided adequate space and was very clean. amenities such as toothbrushes, hair clips, and slippers saw replenishment daily. the hotel supplied two complimentary bottles of water each day which was a plus.

the hotel is close to the subway making travel easy. ginza offers many dining choices. many shops and a pharmacy are within walking distance of the hotel.

Excellent Ginza Stay
convenient location helpful store speaking staff
The hotel offered a very convenient location. It was near a 7-Eleven store, helpful for quick needs. The front desk staff spoke English and helped with directions. I really appreciated their assistance .
The room I stayed in felt quite warm. I was unable to adjust the temperature, so sleeping was difficult. I wish there had been a way to cool down the room. It impacted my overall comfort.

underwhelming experience
the location was convenient to several subway stations. the staff seemed helpful enough.
The room i booked, a "twin room non-smoking", was smaller than expected. there was barely enough space for my luggage. I paid nearly £200 per night. the hotel reception could not book a large taxi to take me to the airport even with two days' notice.

clean room good location thin pillows no bowls
The room was clean and good equipped. The location was great, and it was near a subway station. I think , made getting around easy.
Pillows are thin I think, and I asked for bowls but they did not have bowls. They gave us cups instead of bowls. That was not so good.
