updated rooms shopping areas
The hotel is REALLY close to restaurants and shopping areas, made exploring so easy. Updated rooms added a modern touch, and I found everything very clean and well kept.
I found that the room i stayed in was small. there wasn't sufficient hanging space for clothes. It.

The hotel was modern. The staff was helpful. They were kind. The location offered many food options within walking distance. IT was VERY convenient.
The rooms are small. There was not much space for luggage. The bathroom had very little counter space. I could hear the train because our room faced the train tracks. IT was disturbing.

the location proved convenient with easy access to various attractions. the staff was notably friendly and offered helpful assistance throughout my stay. i appreciated their attentiveness to my needs.
the room size was smaller than anticipated which impacted comfort. i noticed sounds from nearby trains during the night this did disrupt sleep at times.

superb location complimentary drink comfortable bed
the location is superb. i appreciated the complimentary drinks at reception. the provided bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is near the train station making travel simple for work. a full street of restaurants is right outside the entrance. A convenience store is in the same building. ginza main street is also a short walk away.

helpful staff convenient location uncomfortable pillows limited breakfast
I appreciate the helpful staff. They gave extra towels quickly. I also liked the hotel location, close to restaurants and the Ginza station. The Tokyo station is also close. This made travel easier.
The room had no hanging space. There were also uncomfortable pillows. The breakfast was not worth it. I did not enjoy the breakfast selection.

great location easy travel many restaurants corner store
The hotel location was great near many underground stations. This made travel very easy. The hotel was quiet. There were many places to eat. A 7-eleven was around the corner for snacks.

average stay. some issues with noise and breakfast
train noise limited breakfast
the noise was a real problem. i could hear trains throughout the night. this. also, breakfast was quite disappointing. the selection was limited, and the quality of the food was not great. i expected more from a hotel in this area.
