central location, some issues
nighttime noise outdated room
the room faced the street, so nighttime noise was a problem. some bars nearby caused quite a disturbance. my room felt outdated, and certain aspects looked worn.

Enchanting Stay in the Heart of It All
ideal location spacious room helpful staff
The hotel location prove ideal, just a short walk to the main square. The Christmas market seemed very close. My room was spacious, indeed massive, facing the front of the building. The staff was very helpful.
My room faced the street, so there was some noise at night. The window isolation was not that great, unfortunately the noise from outside disturbed me.

The hotel employees do speak English, made communication very easy and pleasant. They stored my luggage with care. The service felt personal and attentive.

The rooms were indeed spacious with beautiful, old-fashioned furniture, I found this touch very appealing. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The high ceilings add a sense of grandeur. The room give comfort with all necessities.

The hotel location offered very easy access to the old town square, which I found very convenient. I walked to many attractions, as the hotel location gave easy access. It was a very central place.

The breakfast was excellent, the look from outside was nice. The variety on the table looked generous. I consider this a good start to the day. The price seemed okay, about 13 euros per person.

solid bed street noise
Location was acceptable, placing me close to many places I wanted to see.
The bed was rock solid. I found strands of someone else's hair on the bathroom floor. the noise level from the street at night was terrible. I needed earplugs to sleep.

the breakfast was good , with a nice selection of pastries. my room , a superior double room , was quite spacious. the location was really central , i walked to most attractions.
the wifi was unreliable at times , especially during peak hours.

small room uncomfortable bed
the room i was assigned felt quite small it also became uncomfortably warm i found the bed rather hard to sleep on the noise from outside was noticeable despite being fairly high up furthermore the lack of a proper shower was inconvenient it was just a handheld attachment.

The reception staff was attentive, they addressed every query promptly. Veronika displayed notable kindness. The hotel boasts convenient access to major attractions. Its central position facilitated easy exploration of the area.
The room interior need upgrade because all the furniture was very old. The appearance requires a more modern touch. The furniture needs refurbishment.
