fantastic getaway!
great breakfast friendly staff free coffee
I totally loved the location! it was super close to everything. I walked everywhere. the included breakfast was great. so many options! i also really appreciated the super friendly staff. They helped with directions and recommendations for local spots. the free coffee all day was such a treat!
the room walls seemed a little thin, so i could hear some hallway noise at times.

staff were very helpful. they answered all my questions about local attractions and transport options. check-in was efficient and quick. i felt genuinely welcomed when i arrived at the hotel.

The hotel is close to the funicular station. it is only about 10 minutes by foot from the castle. Exploring was quite easy from this spot! a tram stop is also very near.

my room was very clean and well kept! the bathroom felt spacious and had all the necessary amenities. i was in a room on one of the higher floors and there was a lift available.

The hotel provided free coffee, water, and drinks until 10 pm. That was fantastic. the hotel had a lift to most floors. This was a bonus after long days of exploring. i thought this was amazing!

Solid Choice for Exploring the City
excellent location short walk helpful staff many options
The location was excellent for seeing local sights. The Church of Our Lady Victorious was a short walk. a tram stop near the hotel made it easy to travel. staff were very helpful. They assisted with directions and local information. the breakfast had many options available each morning. I felt prepared for the day.
The elevator only runs between floors. I had to carry my luggage a short distance up the stairs.

The room was clean and well maintained. I felt comfortable . the bathroom had a good layout with all necessary amenities. the space was adequate for a single traveler with luggage.

The hotel is close to many tourist attractions. public transport is easily accessible due to the nearby tram stop. several shops and restaurants are located within walking distance. I found everything convenient.

The location was amazing, it was near everything! breakfast had so many options and tasted delicious. the staff helped me with directions. It was so appreciated.
The room was tiny, like, really tiny. Walking around the bed felt impossible. the bathroom felt outdated. It was just not working for me. there was street noise, made sleeping difficult. i slept very badly because of it!
