I found the location convenient and just a 30-minute walk to the main train station. The staff offered friendly assistance. The breakfast included variety and fresh options. It met my expectations.
I noticed some minor stains on the carpets.

mixed feelings, i suppose
the staff mostly did their jobs. i guess that's something.
The room was kinda meh. the toilet paper was like sandpaper, honestly. the shower was also broken, kept sliding down the pole. Some handyman was supposed to show up, but apparently, he had better things to do...

fresh pastries friendly staff great location
the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. i especially liked the fresh pastries. the staff was friendly and very helpful with directions. the location is near the train station, a short walk to the city center, about 10-15 minutes (walking is my favorite way to explore!).
the television in my room did not function.

The location is convenient, near to public transport links. The staff were helpful with directions and local information. Breakfast offered a good selection of items (I liked the pastries). The room was clean and well-kept.
My room lacked a refrigerator. It would have been useful. The gym was missing some equipment (specifically the elliptical machine). The street-facing rooms can be noisy due to traffic.
