mixed feelings about this hotel
no in-room phoneinexistent room service
i found some issues that bothered me. the room lacked a phone for easy contact with reception, so i needed my own phone, a frustrating automated system, and an extension number. also, the room service felt nonexistent. my teacup remained unwashed after cleaning. bottled water wasn't automatically refilled just because the old one wasn't completely empty.

amazing stay!
nice juicerpleasant experiencegood value
i found the hotel easy to reach and my room was a nice size the bed offered great comfort the availability of a juicer with breakfast added to my morning. the breakfast was great with lots of fresh options lots of cafes and restaurants were also within walking distance near the river it was good value for the price.
the gym was ok but it could have a little more equipment it would be nice to have a rowing machine but it is ok for a hotel.

the location is quite convenient with the sbahn providing easy access to romer and altstadt within 20 minutes the hotel's proximity to the river enhances its appeal with many cafes and restaurants nearby.

my room was modern and clean the bed was very comfortable ensuring restful nights the room size was adequate and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality throughout my entire stay.

breakfast included many options with fresh fruits and juices available i really enjoyed the juicer which allowed me to make fresh juice the coffee machine offered hafermilch which i greatly appreciated.

My room included blackout curtains and a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered many options to choose from. I liked the sauna. It was great (it was a wonderful way to relax!).
The reception seemed understaffed. Guests were waiting in line for long periods. There was no phone in my room. I had to go down to the reception each time I needed something.

blood spotwrong room
i was given the wrong room number initially. i also found a spot of blood on the bathroom floor plus hair on the pillow and in the bed. i was too tired from travel to report it (probably should have).

the hotel location allows walks in nearby parks. river walks are also very nearby. tram number eleven passes by the train station and reaches the hotel.
