This hotel's location was central. The staff was friendly. The hotel offered lockers to store luggage upon early check-in. Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. I secure hotel there. Breakfast was great , with a wide variety of items each morning. The bar looked nice. The hotel was close to the Christmas markets, easily within walking distance. The hotel's location is ideal for shopping. I found that the breakfast included was of good quality. The hotel staff was quite friendly. I found the location good, near the Hauptwache metro station. The staff was great and helpful. Coffee and cappuccino were available. Access to the reception required going to the first floor.
The minimalistic room design lacked convenience. There was no safe box. A mini fridge was absent. Only a few hangers were available, so I had to live out of my suitcases.

I loved the fancy design! the staff was very polite. Their quality is high. the bar operates 24 hours. the room design also worked well.. the location in the city center makes it easy to get everywhere.
i didn't know the hotel is an economy hotel. the room furniture includes only an uncomfortable bed and a tv. there is no fridge or closet like in other hotels.

I found the location very convenient. It was only a short walk from the train station, which helped a lot with my luggage. The bartenders offered useful tips about places to visit. I visited a museum they suggested and really enjoyed it.
The absence of a refrigerator in the room was a slight inconvenience. I would have preferred to store some drinks. This made keeping refreshments chilled more difficult.
