the location was acceptable near dom and römer metro.
the bathroom door would not close properly. this is unacceptable. also, i observed there was no phone available in the room to contact reception.

The location was wonderful, with a view of the cathedral from the room. It felt magical. Public transport access from the airport was quite easy, a great convenience. I appreciated the early check-in, as it allowed me to settle sooner. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. I was able to enjoy a hearty morning meal.
The noise from the restaurant below, coupled with early morning street cleaning, proved slightly disruptive.

The room was very hot. Even with the heating off, it was difficult to sleep. i found the lack of air conditioning frustrating. the breakfast was also a disappointment, it was terrible, i should not have bothered, and some items seemed stale. i almost missed my flight.

The location is excellent, right next to the Dom and a metro station. I found a good restaurant with a terrace on the hotel premises. I also appreciated the friendly welcome by the reception staff.
I found no phone in the room. I had to go downstairs if I needed something, inconvenient.

great locationshower problembad service
the location was great because it was right next to the cathedral.
the shower didnt work at all, so there was no water coming out. i think that the service is bad and i would have liked them to store my baggage.
