The hotel has a fantastic location just a stone's throw from Madison Square Garden and within walking distance to iconic spots like the Empire State Building and Times Square. While the room was clean, the noise from sirens and neighbors disrupted my sleep. The breakfast options left much to be desired, but the overall service from the staff was helpful. The quality didn't match the price I paid, leaving me a bit disappointed.
