Our recent stay was filled with small ups and downs. The hotel offers a very fun pool area, especially for kids, and the views of the Smokies from the rooms are truly stunning. However, the service left something to be desired, with some housekeeping mishaps and a slow dining experience. The location above downtown Gatlinburg provides some peace but means a bit of a trek if you want to head into town.
