convenient and well-located stay
convenient location efficient staff
The location was perfect. Victoria station was just a short walk. the staff was friendly and efficient! they stored my luggage after checkout. this made exploring the area much easier.

the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with directions and suggestions. breakfast had a good selection and the cooked options tasted fresh.
the room was a bit small and i missed having a proper desk for working. street noise at night bother me since windows wasnt totally soundproof.

my double room includeed a comfortable bed and a small ensuite bathroom with shower. i appreciated that there was a hairdryer in the room, also daily housekeeping was done. free wifi access worked without issues.

the staff was always cute and helpful, especially when i need directions. they also offered luggage storage after check out, really convenient. check in process was fast and easy.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
perfect location amazing service breakfast options
The location was perfect for accessing key areas. I really liked the staff, they offered amazing service. Breakfast included many options that met my needs well. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and fresh towels were available.
The room was a bit small, though it was manageable.

helpful staff amazing location quiet room
The hotel boasts AN amazing location near Victoria station. I could easily access main attractions. The staff was helpful when i asked for directions. The room was very quiet during the night, that was facing away from the street.
The shower did not drain quickly enough. I used shoes to avoid standing IN water during showering.

Breakfast included classic english fare. The staff served hot drinks in the reception area from 7:00 to 23:00. Numerous coffee shops offer alternatives. Restaurants also reside near the hotel.

convenient location hospitable staff broken remote missing kettle
the location proved very convenient as it was near the venue. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room. the reception staff offered a very hospitable welcome. easy parking was another benefit.
my room lacked a kettle and cups. the tv remote did not work properly. i also saw some hair in the shower and there was no sideboard for toiletries.
