The location was perfect for accessing key areas. I really liked the staff, they offered amazing service. Breakfast included many options that met my needs well. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and fresh towels were available.

The hotel boasts AN amazing location near Victoria station. I could easily access main attractions. The staff was helpful when i asked for directions. The room was very quiet during the night, that was facing away from the street.
The shower did not drain quickly enough. I used shoes to avoid standing IN water during showering.

the location proved very convenient as it was near the venue. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room. the reception staff offered a very hospitable welcome. easy parking was another benefit.
my room lacked a kettle and cups. the tv remote did not work properly. i also saw some hair in the shower and there was no sideboard for toiletries.
