fresh ingredients helpful staff quiet location
The breakfast was really good and included fresh ingredients. the staff, especially pavel and pavlína, were helpful and chatty. the hotel enjoys a quiet location close to major sights. The price included breakfast, a definite plus.
i did notice some running water sounds when someone used the shower.

great location huge selection delicious breakfast helpful staff
i JUST loved my room, it was a beautiful double room, and it had so much space. Breakfast had a HUGE selection, so delicious and fresh. The staff WAS super helpful, especially Pavel, he gave some Great tips for getting around. Plus, the hotel is in a great location close TO everything important.
the hill to get back TO the hotel was a little steep after a long day.

staff members are VERY friendly and accommodating, reception staff is helpful and provides useful information, pavel and roman are very attentive receptionists, helena arranged for a special early breakfast.

friendly staff good food
the staff were friendly. the rooms were cleaned everyday. tea and coffee got stocked up every day. the restaurant for breakfast IS amazing and the food was so good. lots of selection!
the tram stop was a short walk AWAY.

amazing stay!
castle district plentiful breakfast amazing restaurants safe area
I loved the location, it was close to the castle district! charles bridge was just a short walk. breakfast was plentiful. it was also delicious, i enjoyed the variety. the staff were great. Helena was gracious when we arrived and suggested amazing restaurants! i found the area safe to walk around at any time.
the old key to the room weighed quite a bit, it wasn't the easiest thing to carry around.

the breakfast room displayed original church beams from 1279, a historical touch! there is a cozy backyard with a garden, a very nice place to relax. the hotel is in a quiet area, near embassies and away from disturbances.

lovely garden great food selection spacious room
the garden was lovely. the breakfast had a great selection of food, it was varied. the room was spacious, it was perfect.
The old key was quite heavy. It felt a bit inconvenient to carry.
