charming stay
cute staff comfortable bed complimentary wine plentiful selection
The reception staff were cute, providing complimentary water upon arrival. the room featured a functional minibar and a comfortable bed, assuring a restful night. i found the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine on ice a lovely, unexpected touch. the breakfasts offered a good quality and plentiful selection of food. I especially appreciated that.
the traffic noise was noticeable because of the location near a busy road. the provided fan offered only a partial solution to warmer temperatures.

The room included a well-stocked minibar. A spacious layout provided comfortable movement. amenities included complimentary water bottles and a welcome bottle of wine. the bed was comfortable with clean, crisp sheets.

breakfast was located in the basement, though it offered good quality and plentiful choices! the hotel offered complimentary parking. there was a lounge area for relaxation. the hotel is near the i. p. pavlova metro station.

the hotel is situated a reasonable distance from the old town, approximately ten minutes. several restaurants and bars are within a short, five minute walk. wenceslas square is about a fifteen minute walk from the premises.

the reception staff were polite and helpful throughout the duration of my stay. arina at reception was particularly friendly and cute, ensuring a smooth check-in. yuliia and monika provided excellent service in the restaurant, maintaining cleanliness and offering helpful recommendations.

parking distance deceptive listing
I was not happy with the parking situation. I booked specifically because the hotel advertised free parking. Upon arrival I learned parking was not at the hotel itself. This hotel was 300 meters away. This information was not in the listing. It ruined my trust in the hotel

extensive breakfast complimentary wine
the location is close enough to most tourist locations. the included breakfast surprised me, it was extensive and varied. i am happy with the complimentary wine in my superior double or twin room.

Really good hospitality and service!
helpful receptionist fresh pastries
The receptionist Yuliia was helpful. She provided many useful tips. Monika ensured breakfast was complete (especially the fresh pastries).
There was no air conditioning, and a very noisy fan did little to alleviate the heat. The window blinds did not block the sunlight effectively, resulting in early morning light exposure.
