nice city stay

champagne gift comfortable bed cute decor convenient checkout
The front desk was sweet and presented a bottle of champagne upon my arrival. the bed provided much needed comfort and a good night's rest. The decor was pleasing to the eye. i enjoyed the convenience of a noon check-out time, great for a more relaxed morning.
The shower wasn't super clean upon my arrival. I noticed some hair from a previous guest.

the hotel provides a modern gym, equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes ' fitness needs, and the spa includes a sauna, available for an additional charge. there is also a bar that offers a variety of drinks.

Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful, promptly addressing requests like extra pillows and tea bags. The reception area is staffed with individuals who demonstrate professionalism. turndown service prepared my room for the night, ensuring a tidy and cute space.

comfortable bed friendly staff
i stayed in a beautiful plus double room. the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. buffet breakfast had a good variety and the staff were friendly.
the prosecco upon arrival was flat.

Mediocre experience. Room for improvement

overwhelmed staff dirty drains
The breakfast was not excellent. the fruit and cheese seemed dry. the staff also seemed overwhelmed! during peak hours. I found the service a bit slow.. the condition of the bathroom facilities was also concerning. the drains were not clean. And water drained poorly. the hotel is noisy BECAUSE it is near the streetcar line.

easy access amazing stay
I loved the location. It allowed easy access using public transport. everything i needed was within walking distance. the room included a kettle, a mini fridge, and a desk. the staff was helpful and accommodating to my needs. i had an amazing stay here.

The location WAS unbeatable , it was just a short walk to the metro. Public transport was very CONVENIENT to access attractions. Staff was helpful , particularly at reception.
Our room was smaller than expected , THOUGH it was clean. The bar had a poor atmosphere and limited offerings. The gym or spa was only accessible for a fee , and I thought this was unreasonable.
