superb stay near the bridge!

ideal location spacious room tasty croissants
I loved the location. It was really close to the charles bridge. my room, a double room river view, was clean and spacious. breakfast had tasty croissants. the food was amazing!!!

convenient location comfortable accommodation diverse options readily available assistance
the location was convenient for exploring main attractions. the room offered comfortable accommodation with ample space. i found the breakfast to be quite diverse, offering many fresh options. the staff provided readily available assistance.
i found minor wear in some areas of the room decor, though this did not detract significantly from my stay.

adequate stay, some issues

unhelpful staff worst customer service
the location was good, close to attractions.
The room had ants. They were all over our suitcase and clothes. the reception staff was unhelpful and claimed they couldn't do anything about it until monday, it was frustrating.

charming stay by the bridge

spacious room new beds easy exploration afternoon tea
i really liked my room. the quadruple room was spacious. the beds felt new. the location made exploring so easy. the hotel offered a afternoon tea, a nice extra.
the elevator was a bit slow, so i took the stairs sometimes.
