some issues impacted the stay
missing fridge fitness center
the staff was friendly and shared the whiskey.
i really wanted a better experience, but there were multiple problems. there was no fridge in the room, despite there being a dedicated space for one. i also learned after leaving that they are supposed to give you free passes to a nearby gym, but this was never offered to me even though i asked about the fitness center upon arrival.

Excellent Hollywood Stay!
amazing location very nice view tasty breakfast
The location was amazing, putting me right in the heart of Hollywood. I especially enjoyed the rooftop area. It gave very nice views of the Hollywood sign, downtown, and Century City. The free breakfast was tasty and very convenient. The bathroom was excellent, and I liked the cozy bed!!!
The hallway on the upper floor looked quite dark. Daily room service was not provided. My room was not checked at all during my 4-night stay.

The staff offered a warm welcome and professional service, readily addressing any questions or requests. The reception staff's language diversity is beneficial for international travelers, ensuring clear communication and assistance. Airport transfer was complimentary.

My room included beautiful furniture with an additional sofa and table set, providing lots of space. The bathroom was particularly lovely, equipped with good shower products. The bed was indeed comfortable!!!
