Mixed Experience Due to Room Issues

The hotel's location proved advantageous for city exploration.
My assigned room was positioned directly above the bar and adjacent to the lift, resulting in substantial noise disturbance. the room emitted an unpleasant odour upon arrival, indicative of inadequate floor cleaning despite multiple attempts to rectify the issue with floor wipes.

The rooms were modern and very clean. The location is AMAZING. It is steps away from all the famous nightlife and bars. The sound proofing was really GOOD, and blackout curtains ensured a comfortable sleep. The bed and pillows were of good quality.
The hotel has a bar with live music. On Saturday it goes on until 2 AM and it is really loud.
