superior overnight stay
central location friendly staff welcome prosecco
i found the location very central. the bus from the airport stopped right outside. staff members invited me to the lounge for prosecco. the experience was a nice touch. i will recommend it to family and friends. it is a short walk to the city center.
the street noise was awful . earplugs were provided. the noise was present at all hours of the day. i was in the camden street room.

the staff members were genuinely kind. they made sure guests felt welcome at all times. every detail felt well looked after. everyone was warm and helpful.

complimentary pastries are served daily in the bar area. croissants and pastries were scrumptious in the morning. they offered coffee and pastries, even though breakfast was not available. the welcome glass of prosecco was much appreciated.

noticeable noise early deliveries
i found a couple of things less than stellar. the street noise was quite noticeable. even with the provided earplugs, sleep was elusive (especially with early morning deliveries).

chic decor lovely coffee rituals toiletries
the decor was chic, i liked it. a mini breakfast with lovely coffee was complimentary each morning. the rituals toiletries were also a hit, i was charmed by them.
