The location is really great! it is right above a coffee shop so easy to find! the shower was really hot, perfect after a long day. the room was clean and tidy. It felt really fresh.
The spiral staircase was a bit much. I had to take it slowly!

The location was perfect. staff were helpful with storing luggage before and after the stay. they also helped carry luggage. That was considerate. rooms felt new and exceeded photo expectations. i was impressed all around.
the room lacked basic toiletries. there was no hand soap in the bathroom. i received kitchen antibacterial soap upon request. this was inconvenient.

the hotel provides luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, very convenient. it allowed me to explore the city without carrying bags. this service added significant value to my experience.

there are many restaurants near the hotel. it is very easy to find something to eat. the coffee shop downstairs had a good selection of drinks. it was a great benefit.

The room included a table and chairs. a mini fridge was available, very useful. blackout curtains were installed. It allowed restful sleep during long days. the shower pressure was powerful.

Staff assisted with luggage. They were very accommodating. i found this particularly helpful. this greatly improved my arrival and departure. the team handled my belongings with care.

the staff was friendly. the location was near key attractions.. a definite plus is its proximity to the central train station.
the stairs were steep and spiraling, a small challenge with luggage.
