The location is unbeatable. I found many main spots within easy walking distance. The hotel offered extra birthday touches in the room for my birthday, very thoughtful. The room was spacious, and it was beautiful..
The hotel could benefit from some updates. The shower handle fell off the wall in my room on one occasion. The towel rack did not heat the towels, I found. It never warmed the towels, even when turned up.

Elegant lodging near Castle
spacious suite ideal location helpful team
I appreciated the suite with two bedrooms. It was ideal for our family. The hotel is within a short walk to the Charles Bridge and other attractions. I also found many restaurants away from crowded tourist areas. The hotel team agreed to open breakfast early for our early checkout.
The hotel lacked air conditioning and the lobby was very hot. The room included a tiny table fan and it was hard to stay in during the day. I opened windows at night, but lots of light and noise came in.

The hotel's placement near the castle grants convenient access to major sights. It is also a quieter experience away from tourist crowds. I liked being able to explore easily from this spot.

I enjoyed the spacious beautiful king suite. The historical building impressed me. The staff offered helpful tips for local gems.. I really appreciated this. Breakfast in the quiet cafΓ© was excellent. The reception staff were polite and helpful. I valued their recommendations for food, drinks and walks.

The location was suitable. I found it acceptable.
