superb stay
convenient location helpful service friendly staff
the location is convenient, with a supermarket nearby. The staff offered helpful service throughout my visit. I really liked the rituals diffuser, it added a nice touch. All registration staff members were friendly, a very great experience.
i noticed a slight issue with limited electric sockets in the room, I felt this could make working slightly inconvenient.

the staff are attentive and provided great service. Martina was particularly accommodating and made sure all my needs were met. The 24hr desk is available and responsive.

great location clean apartment thoughtful gift best service
i really enjoyed my stay. the location is great for seeing sights and getting around. the apartment was very clean and had everything i needed. a thoughtful birthday gift waited for me on arrival, i did not expect it. i really want thank the staff, they provide best service and kindness. i definitely want to return.
i find only a very small problem. there was few electric sockets which limit my ability to work.

I found the hotel staff very courteous. the location was amazing. It had convenient access to local shops. the apartment had great, modern appliances that i used. housekeeping kept the room clean .
the street outside could get a little noisy at times.

The staff provided a warm welcome. I received helpful restaurant recommendations. The apartment's decor was gorgeous. Slippers and dressing gowns were a great touch. I appreciated the coffee machine with regularly topped-up pods.
There were not enough electrical outlets. This made working uncomfortable for me.

the apartment felt very spacious with high ceilings. it was clean as new. the location is very convenient, it is within walking distance of everything. the staff are friendly, especially franco checked us in.
